Lydia Leitermann5My accounts were hacked and all my money was stolen. Justin helped walk me through the process of disputing the fraudulent charges and getting back control of my finances.

Aaron Fensterheim1Really overall disappointed in the service of the company as well as the local staff i worked with. Had no sympathy or interest in working with me regardless of my other accounts for any issues. They just told me im on my own for the most part. Not a great experience for a bank you've been working with for 15 years.

Love Newyork1My experience at PNC has been the worst experience I ever had at a bank Company. This company has terrible customer service. When on the phone with a representative I was put on hold multiple times, long pauses during a conversation, and rude commentary. Not only are the representatives rude the company puts you on the run around for your own money makes you have to fill up all these forms to receive your own money back. If I were you, I would just not get a PNC card.

Karen Farrow5I do my business and personal banking at PNC, and I love the team at this branch. I have never had any problems at the branch closest to me on Ballenger Creek Pike, but Westview PNC personnel take the time to sit down with me and talk about my banking issues. I like the personal attention.

John Norberg5My wife and I had the distinct pleasure of working with PNC to obtain our first mortgage as new home buyers in Maryland. Working with the team, from Julie Donat (Market Manager) to Stacey Moler (Loan Officer), who was our direct point of contact, to everyone else within the organization, I felt like I was a valued customer from day one all the way through closing. The people at PNC bent over backwards to provide top-calibre customer service, especially Stacey. Not only did Stacey take our calls after hours and answer questions on the weekend to make sure that our first time buying a home went smoothly, but she was pleasant and professional throughout the whole experience. There were several hiccups during the process, as there often are when buying a foreclosed home, and Stacey was there every time to facilitate a smooth customer experience, going out of her way to accommodate our needs, answer our frantic emails, and make sure that everything stayed on track. We leaned heavily on the PNC team to help guide us through this process, and especially with Stacey at the helm, we always felt like truly valued customers. It was clear that we were not just another number in the system. From the reasonable rates, to the new home buyer grant (a PNC special), to the excellent advice along the way, I cannot recommend PNC highly enough. The service they provide to their clients, especially in the mortgage division, is simply exemplary. I would heartily endorse PNC as the bank of choice for anyone considering a new mortgage or other financial services.

Erik Miller1We were in there discussing a problem with our account and the manager came in and asked the guy we were working with what he was helping us with and how it was going. Didn’t think much of it until she walked out and he said it’s getting close to closing and she wants me to wrap it up with you guys. Nobody wants to be in there with a problem so instead of trying to rush us out because you want to leave why don’t you help fix it and then we will gladly be on our way.

Laura J1They don't even deserve 1 star. They spend all of their time gossiping vs actually working. They have messed up my account on so many occasions charging extra fees whereever they can. They are unable to retrieve checkbooks in a turnaround time of over 3 months. They are in a constant state of confusion and will only blame the customer. When I requested to speak to a manager, they purposely hijacked my account. Perhaps the BBB can help because they are your worst nightmare ever. No one should ever be treated like that - especially when your own money is at stake. It's disgusting.
