  I cannot recommend Jason Swanson and First Home Mortgage more highly. I had a fairly complicated renovation re-fi, but Jason and the entire FHM team held my hand the entire way - which ended up being six months. Their kindness, communication/information sharing modalities, and expertise are unmatched and they have won a customer for life. It is rare to find superlative customer service these days, but this group goes above and beyond. I am deeply grateful to Jason and the FHM team for making a dream come true for my family.   Jason Swanson and the team at First Home Mortgage were top notch and super friendly. They went above and beyond which made me feel at ease and made sure keep me abreast during the whole process. Jason really took the time to help me get the best refi rate possible. He answered all my questions and explained things to me in great detail when I didn't quite understand. He even kept in touch once the process moved out of his hands. I felt that customer service satisfaction was very important to him and those I encountered along the way. I would definitely recommend Jason for any of your mortgage loan needs.

  I had been house-hunting for three years, and made contact with Jason Swanson early in the search. He kept in touch, by kindly checking-in, every now and then, to see how the search was going. When I finally found THE house I was able to utilize First Home Mortgage. Although the process was arduous, Jason and his team "held my hand," getting me successfully through it. Right now, I'm sitting in my kitchen, in my new home, writing this review, so thankful for Jason's tenacity!

  I've had the pleasure of working with Jason on several deals and he does a wonderful job. He truly cares about his clients and does all he can to get each buyer into the right loan product for their needs.   After shopping around for a lender, First Home Mortgage became the clear choice. Our Loan Officer, Jason Swanson, was very responsive and made sure that we understood the process from start to finish. We even tried to make it difficult for him when one of us lost a job the day after making an offer. Because we had our paperwork organized and made sure to respond quickly to FHM's questions, we were able to close in less than a month. We would highly recommend Jason and the FHM team to anyone looking to finance your home.

  Nothing but great things to say about Jason. An agent referred a buyer client to me for another state, and Jason already had the client preapproved! Jason was in contact frequently with both the client and I, and we had a smooth, on-time settlement! Everything was streamlined with absolutely no glitches.
