      Repeat customer, 3rd experience. In and out in less than 45min. Clear and precise. Jeremy is very direct, which I appreciated. I asked a question, I got an answer. He took the time to remind me of the pitfalls and how vendors will try to get me to buy insurance I don't need. Caitlin & Michele answered all my questions, and I got my scanned PDF of signed docs same day as signing. Overall, the team is thorough, knowledgeable and efficient!

      Awful experience. Referred to me by a L&F agent. He handled both buyer and seller. In spite of getting paid for both ends, he was arrogant, he disparaged the buyer, and had a short fuse. Michele, in his office, was the one who handled the transaction. Jeremy got his feathers ruffled when I called him out on his rudeness and inappropriate professional behavior. He never showed up for the settlement. Sat in his office the entire time and did not come out. I do not recommend him as his behavior, imo, is exceptional for immaturity and unprofessionalism.
