  Chris was amazing to work with. Trying to navigate a government website to pay for your own insurance is not for the faint of heart. Chris is easy to get in touch with and takes his time explaining everything. He advised me on how to check if all of our doctors are in network and what medications will or will not be covered with each plan. Once we narrowed our choices down to 2 options Chris was gracious enough to give us an extra pair of eyes and his professional opinion on what plan would best work for us and our needs. If he is not available to take your call and you leave a message, he will get back to you. I will use his services in the future and I will recommend his services to friends and family.

  Chris was phenomenal in helping me choose the right plan for my family. I called him multiple times before I was confident on the plan I wanted. It seemed as though he would drop everything he was doing immediately to give me prompt and courteous advice. I know that he will be there for me anytime I call, but I also appreciate he doesn’t solicit or call me unexpectedly, but I know he is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and will be there if I have any questions.   When I turned 65 a couple years ago, I knew I didn't want to call anyone from TV. I wanted to deal with a local individual.. Even though I had driven past Chris Akers office for several years, one day GOD opened my eyes to see The Akers Solution for Medicare sign. The next day I stopped in, Mr. Akers immediately made me feel at ease. Chris was very informative, professional, reviewed several options, asked questions to find the best plan for me. When my husband turned 65, he called a TV ad. He has had several issues over the past year and dealing with a "Call Center". Enough said about that! This year he came with me to see Chris. Chris took the time to explain the different policies. Now we both have Chris Akers Solutions taking care of our Medicare needs. I have highly recommend Chris Akers to my friends; and to anyone looking for honest, knowledgeable insurance man! CHRIS IS MY INSURANCE MAN!

  Chris at The Akers Solution is the epitome of customer service and compassion. He helped me find insurance services when I was moving from another state and did not understand the process or basic aspects of my new home state of Tennessee. His constant reassurance and insistence that I allow him to relieve stress from me in this area was a fantastic help and comfort. He is truly unique in an industry that knows we have no choice but to pay them. His focus is on helping his clients sort through choices in the least confusing way possible and he will make any call or email he needs to in order to get the answers necessary to make important choices. He "gets" that his industry is confusing but so pivotal to our lives. Cannot recommend him highly enough!!!

  I can't thank Chris enough for all of his help assisting with his guidance to determine the appropriate healthcare solutions that best suits my business.   We were in desperate need to get a policy changed for my 83 year old mother-in-law. I was referred to Chris by a friend. I had a very limited amount of time to get everything situated between work and appointments, but it was no problem because Chris worked us in for an appointment the next day! He was efficient , easy to work with and we were on our way before you knew it. He took time to compare the policy she had and the new policy we were switching too. He also made sure to cover each part of the policy so I knew the pros and cons of each before I finalized our decision. Thanks Chris for helping us out!

  I was very satisfied and pleased with the way he handled my truck insurance. it’s very important that you get insurance for these trucks down right and he made sure I left the office with the correct paperwork. I would recommend him to anybody that needs any type of insurance.health,vehicle, Commercial truck insurance that’s the guys to see .

  Chris is by far the greatest insurance agent I have ever worked with. He is incredibly responsive. In my profession I work with many insurance professionals, and none are more helpful or timely than Chris. If you value professionalism, character, and efficiency, go with The Akers Solution.
