  They helped me get money quickly within the hour. Elizabeth really worked quickly and efficiently to ensure that I was able to get what I needed in order to get my car repaired. The loan details were explained to me thoroughly and I was told multiple times that paying more than my minimum would save me money and help me pay my loan off faster. Not the environment that I was expecting from a loan facility. It was clean and bright and the people were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place if you need a quick cash boost in your account!

  AMBER greeted me twice today. Wow! How efficient she was! She seemed to know the details of my requests ahead of when I asked them. Super nice young lady. On top of her game. She'll succeed in whatever she sets her hand to.

  I had an amazing experience here. The staff were great and very patient. I have to say Vanessa was exceptionally helpful. She made the experience easy and hassle free. She is an asset to the company. Will Definatley be coming back.

  When I found myself low on cash and in desperate need of finances. I went to your location and was blown away by the costumer service. Amber was more than helpful and was able to get the funds that I needed. More companies need more employees like Amber to run more efficiently, I was so glad that she was there to help me.

  This place is great. I got a nice credit limit. I can have some flexibility between checks. Jackie at the CLINTON hwy location was great! She had Amazing customer service and she made it so easy and quick! Highly recommended for short term loans...holler at Jackie!

  I experienced unfortunate visit and inconvenient experience. I arrived 3 days prior to inquire about cashing a government issued check and was told to return today due to the unavailability of funds only. Returned today and was told the integrity department denied me . I wasn't given any explanation. I then called corporate and was given same vague responses. My guess has to be discriminatory in nature given the same explanatory reasons a few years back. Given the fact issued check was tremendously lower in the amount of 700 dollars.

  The staff were really nice, I was helped by a very nice young lady name Elizabeth and although we had some complications getting all of my information sorted into their system, she was extremely helpful and assured me that they were doing everything they could to get me the most money possible for my loan. Aside from that, this is your typical personal loan type business. The interest rates are high but that’s to be expected, but honestly the interest isn’t nearly as high as some of the other loan places. I was more than satisfied with the amount I was approved for and extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Elizabeth!
