  Not a fan of pawn shops, but this is an excellent establishment. Harvey and his team are dedicated to superb business transactions making the customer first. Great deals, great atmosphere and they are all so happy !

  I bought my first handgun here a week ago. The customer service here is outstanding. The staff in very knowledgeable. My husband & I will be going back to Harveys for our future gun purchases.

  I have bought a couple of high end guns there. I went in yesterday and looked at a rifle that had a tag tied to it that said 999.00, when I started to buy the weapon, I was told that it was tagged wrong and the price would be 1199.00 if I wanted to purchase it. I told the clerk that is illegal to tag something and not sell it at that price. I will be reporting them to the BBB and they've lost a customer that may have purchased future firearms from there establishment. BUYER BEWARE

  I have been a customer of Harvey's for the last 4 years and John the store manager goes out of his way to make sure that not only I am Completely satisfied but all of his customers that walk through the door. In this day and age there's not many people like John in a world anymore my hat's off to him.

  Anyone that can walk in this store and not go wow , they are cheaper dealer around is well silly.. Buds is good but bud is one price buy it while Harvey can work with you and lay away.. People that work there are very cool and know their weapons

  The people that work here are very nice and will give you great deals on firearms.they are always helpful and never seem like they dont have time for you even when there super busy.

  wanted to buy a Taurus PT111 G2 saw this pistol for $269.00 at Harvey's Pistol and pawn. Had business in Knoxville so I visited Harvey's. I asked the young lady behind the counter about the Taurus I stated that it was $269.00 she stated no it's $239.00 I bought the gun. Good service and nice personnel. BTW I live in Chattanooga, Tn and I will shop Harvey's again

  Have bought more than one item from them on several different occasions and they have always been very helpful. Harvey and his staff are upfront with everything and have never given me bad information on a purchase. Will gladly do business with them again!
