  My family and I recently relocated from NE to CO. Julie and her team were extremely welcoming, thorough and helpful throughout the entire process. Julie was so kind, responsive, and held our hands to help us understand contracts, offer, inspection, acceptance and even helped recommend contractors and fence companies in the area once we were closed. It felt like we were working with a close friend or family member, Julie really took time to get to know us and ensure that our family got the best outcome that we could. We even still text with her months later- it’s like having an instant friend in a new town! Thank you Julie!!

  We worked with both Julie and Jeff on buying a new property and selling another one (in order to make the purchase of the first possible). They were unfailingly timely and friendly. In addition, their "strategy" about how to buy a property in a tight market was remarkable, perhaps even prescient as it turned out. The purchase wouldn't have happened without their expertise.   Julie has been assisting me to find the perfect property, for the past couple of years. When the one for my husband and I was available, she contacted me immediately. Julie was very passionate about helping us, and the whole process went very smoothly. Her contact with us, via phone, text, and email was very helpful. We felt like we could trust her judgement to give us accurate information, when we were not able to be there, as we are from Iowa, and were purchasing in Colorado. She was very personable, and she went above and beyond to make sure the deal went through and was acceptable to us. We would highly recommend Julie as an agent. Her husband was also helpful in videoing the property and providing other information which we needed, as well.   The very best!! Julie made it possible for us to make our dream of owning Estes Park property a reality! Being out-of-town buyers from eastern Kansas she was our “eyes and ears” in Estes. We bought our property without seeing it in person! She and Jeff Abel (husband) made a video tour of our condo which cinched it for us. Really, really happy with our purchase!   We have purchased two homes and sold one with the Abel team. They have always been a joy to work with.
