  Selfish Bank will not help someone out in an emergency! I needed a cash advance due to a vehicle break down but they could care less. Bank of Colorado was willing to let my family sit on the side of the road in the heat! US Bank had no problem helping me out!

  This was the first bank account I opened up when I moved to co back in 07. I love this place. Everybody is so friendly and willing to help. These days not many people get the small town, small bank feel anymore...where you aren't just another number. We are lucky to have bank of co!

  They wouldn't let me open a checking account because my credit score was to low. It was free checking, not requesting a loan. They were rude and embarrassed me, made me feel like I wasn't good enough. I tried to ask for someone else and was interrupted with a reply, "Your numbers aren't good to bank with us, Thank you". It was a woman named Jessica a man named Camden. Don't bother giving them your hard earned cash.

  TERRIBLE customer service. Thought I opened another savings account online with $500. Bank of Colorado took the $500, no account was opened and no one knows where my money is. I'll be prosecuting Bank of Colorado and getting my money back and then some. Make no mistake.

  Christina, Harriett, and Constance helped make our dream of a home in the beautiful Estes valley a reality. They made the whole process much easier than expected. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new bank to use them. Every time I have been in I have received quick prompt service.

  Use a credit union, banks are crooks. They froze my account because they needed to question me about the mailing address I provided. Verona Baldivia needs to be fired for what she did because of an address malfunction I was not allowed access to my money. They took it from me and opened my account no problem, I will be closing my account with them. Horrible horrible horrible customer service.

  Nice bank! The inside is quite nice and clean. The tellers are awesome and all the other staff are just as great. Really helpful and a really good place to do business. Easy and convenient, has a drive thru and and drive thru atm which is really handy. Definitely recommended!
