  He went above and beyond when a quirk in our financial situation eventually got us declined by other lenders, even after we had been easily pre-approved, due to an obscure rule. Other lenders would only offer an adjustable rate, but he qualified us for a fixed rate. Our loan through him has the lowest interest rate by far of others we were offered. We are so thankful to have the fixed rate loan at this time!!!

  I applied and didn't get a preapproval until about 2 weeks when I called, emailed, and texted asking for a response. They do not have pressure sales people. I ultimately apied through someone else and they were great at communication and had the process moving along just great.

  I've bought, refinanced, and sold two homes in my lifetime to date and my most recent purchase was probably the smoothest to date. Rich and his team really worked hard on working on our mortgage, advising us every step of the way from initial application to final closing. Being prepared to respond with the requested information at the appropriate time is very important to ensure the closing is on-time so understanding the process from start to finish is very important.
