  My wife and I spent a big chunk of last summer with Javier (and Maria) looking for a vacation home in Estes Park. Our "requirements" changed as we saw some homes and Javier eventually had a better idea of what we were looking for than we did ourselves :-) The market was off the charts last summer and homes that we liked would often sell before we even got a chance to make an offer. We got frustrated and a couple of times came close to making an offer just to get a place even if we did not like it much. Javier and Maria were awesome - they counseled us to be patient and assured us that we will find the right place for us and did not rush us. We eventually found a place that we love! Even after closing, Javier and Maria have continued to help us get settled and just a few weeks ago helped us truck some furniture out of our place. Not only did we find a great set of real estate professionals in Javier and Maria, we made a great set of friends in the Estes Valley!

  We have liaised with Javier for a number of years in our attempt to emigrate to the USA, when visiting Estes Park during those years he has been very helpful giving up his time to fully explain the U.S. system for house sales, local taxes etc and to show us around a number of properties. When dealing with Javier you feel that you a speaking to a friend who fully understands your position and has your best interests at heart. Whilst our move has been put on hold for the moment, Javier still keeps us informed of the housing market around Estes and any local changes that may help us. I cannot recommend him any higher, he really is First Class! Stay safe and healthy.

  Javier was a diferent kind of experience, he listened to what we were saying and found additional places that incorporated those special wish list items, that's how we found our dream cabin. I was very grateful for his professionalism and diligence to get information and find out anything we had questions about. Even after the purchase we were receiving information about things related to the property, down to local utilities contact info. He is on point and incredibly responsive, it was a pleasure and a blessing to have him on our side in this life decision.

  We would recommend Javier to anyone who asks. As first-time home buyers, we weren't sure what we wanted at all. We had a very wide search area and must-haves on opposite sides of the spectrum. Javier considered both of our styles and tastes and found us a house that literally checked every box for under our maximum budget. He was very knowledgeable about mountain properties and help us point out potential issues we would never have noticed. We do not plan on moving again any time soon, but Javier would be our first call when we do.

  From the first day we walked into Javier's office, back in 2015, Javier has given his undivided time and attention helping us look for our dream property . Since we live out of town, he always responded to every call, email, or text in a timely manner. His professionalism, knowledge, and hard work ethic are much appreciated and respected. He would go out & take pictures or video a prospect home or lot and upload for us to review.
