  Jessica Kinney is AMAZING. As a first time home buyer and doing it on your own, you want to make sure your realtor is someone you can trust and has great communication. Jessica excels in these departments. I literally got my pre-approval on a Monday and Jessica was ready to start showing me properties by Tuesday! I saw 9 houses, at the time only 8 and was going back to look at one I was interest in and Jessica sent me a link earlier that day to look at one of the house I had marked a favorite. It ended up being the house I purchased :) Jessica called the listing agent to find out the most important thing on offer they were looking for and we wrote up the offer based on these wishes. I got the first offer we put in (it was accepted and beat out another offer on my birthday and it was a week after my pre-approval, talk about simple especially for CO) and I know it was due to the recommendations on what Jessica suggested. Since the accepted offer, we have been working to get the rest finalized and Jessica keeps me posted along the way. She helped me get the main requests on the inspection approved and I couldn’t be happier! I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone :)

  Aimee was amazing helping me sell my town home. In my case, I live out of town and Aimee and her team made super easy to sell my house and keeping updated on everything that was happening. I was able to sell my house at a great price and the closing was speedy and hassle free, Aimee's team is one of the best I've worked with and I totally recommend her.

  Liesel Wilbur was very responsive and accommodating during our house hunt. We were very active in our search and when we found a listing minutes after it went live, She and 8z were able to immediately pounce on the opportunity and help us win what otherwise might have been a painful bidding war. Recently She helped put me in touch with a financial professional to help us find a refi during this low-interest situation. Great experience for our first home purchase!

  I just bought a house with the help of Tammy Bray. I love this woman! She came highly recommended by one of my best friends. Tammy made the experience as seem less as possible, I always felt taken care of and listened to. It was like buying a house with the help of your best friend (if your best friend is also a highly experienced realtor) 😊 wonderful experience overall! I would send everyone to Tammy if I could.

  Where to start? We are first time homebuyers, and after hearing several horror stories from other people about realtors, we were naturally cautious in who we wanted to use as a realtor. Friends of our suggested we contact Aimee, and we couldn’t be happier we did! She is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and has a pulse on the market. We weren’t looking to spend a ton of money or buy an incredibly large house, but we never once felt like we weren’t Aimee’s top priority. She listens to your wants and needs and works HARD to find you exactly what you’re looking for. She has a “tool kit” she uses to help you along the process. (Ask her about it. It helped us IMMENSELY!) All in all, Aimee is incredible and we will for sure be using her for our next purchase and would VERY HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking for a very trustworthy, honest, and helpful realtor. She made home buying fun!

  This is the third home transaction where Aimee provided her expertise, knowledge and experience and TLC. This one was special though as it was selling my parent's home which they had been in for 60 years and doing it right when COVID-19 began impacting our normal and changing the way we do everything. Without her we would have never sold our home and felt comfortable in the process. Thank you so much for all you do!
