  Brian and the PHL crew were great! Brian knew I was ready and willing to pull the trigger on a refi as soon as the rates went down. He kept me in the loop and as soon as they dipped down, we struck and got a rate far better than I had hope. I was even ecstatic to find out that I wouldn't need an appraisal (saved money) and that I could say goodbye to the mortgage insurance I was paying. A win, win, win!!! Both Brian and his team were fantastic dealing with all the paperwork despite the difficult circumstances around COVID-19. All in all, it was one of smoothest and easiest refinances I have ever done, and I am very thankful to Brian and the PHL crew! And to top it all off, 3 trees will be planted because of all this. Talk about icing on the cake! ;-)
