  Everyone says that buying home is one of the most stressful things you can do. It was absolutely not the case with Alicia and Premier Mortgage Group. We bought our first home (in the middle of a pandemic) (in the Denver area where the housing market is tight) and Alicia made it simple, smooth and painless. I really appreciated how communicative and clear she was, she helped us understand each step. She spent many evenings on the phone with us, explaining interest rates and closing documents, keeping us ahead of the process. We had a slightly faster closing time than is standard, and she made sure every deadline was met, with time to spare. If you are looker for a lender, I strongly recommend Alicia. She has the experience, the skills and a great team helping her. She will make sure you get the loan you need to get the house you want.

  As first time home buyers Alicia was able to walk my wife and I through the process of securing a loan for our new home patiently and professionally. We probably needed a bit more hand-holding than most folks; Alicia was diligent in working for our best interest throughout the process and was available at the drop of a hat when ever we had any questions. And we had a lot. All told we had a great experience working with her.
