  Started working with Chris 18 months ago as I began the initial steps of a home search in the Front Range. Chris listened to my needs, quick to respond, was patient in answering all of my questions and ensured that the process was as smooth as can be.   So happy with Chris and his team. A week after having a winning bid on our new home we gave him a ring and he was able to save us 0.25% on our 30 year mortgage. Despite the shortened window they got us to close without issue and made sure we stayed on track the whole way through the process. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
