  Cary is phenomenal at what he does. All my life I've heard how stressful buying a home can be, but honestly this process was a breeze. He let me know what all I needed to be prepared. The hardest part was putting them together and uploading them. Seriously, it was that easy. Cary kept me updated throughout the entire process and answered all of my new homeowner questions I had. Cary took good care of both myself and my wife. We'd recommend him to anyone who is new or old to the housebuying game. Thank you Cary for a wonderful experience with purchasing our first home.

  Aubrey is the most amazing person I have met. Her and her team were always extremely helpful. Answered all my questions within a reasonable time. Answered my texts/calls and emails quickly. Kept me up to date the entire time of the whole process. Always let me know what to expect during the process. I will be using Aubrey for every home purchase I make in the future!

  Our work with Rick and his group was very positive. I appreciated their efficiency with helping us get through the acquiring and signing a home loan process. I know there were many questions on our end, and the team was responsive and clear in their explanations. At the end - right before closing - things felt a little rushed, but honestly that may have been the nature of the process as well as knowing we were working to close a construction loan in the midst of a pandemic.   Nothing short but courteous, understanding, and professional. They have been with me from step one and have not taken advantage of me at all - I'm a first-time homebuyer. When my wife and I began our journey to purchase our home, I shotgunned my mortgage application to get a feel of the market. Granted, only three replied. Of the three, one was very pushy and rude. I had the feeling that I was beneath him. The second was decent and professional; however, their rate was higher than what I was expecting. Last, It was Rick Chism and his team that reached out to me. The saying goes, you save the best for last and in this case, they have more than earned my business. Rick reached out to me past his duty hours and walked me through the overall process. I've had plenty of questions so it was a very long phone conversation. But in this time, he allowed me to voice my questions and concerns. It felt like a two-way street vs the first lender I've had contacting me - I never had a chance to talk and within the first five minutes, my gut told me to avoid this lender. But back to Rick and his team. After he walked me through and answered the questions I've had, he drafted up a pre-qual letter to help me secure the option period to perform the necessary inspections. The experience thus far has put little to no concern and gave me a piece of mind because if something came up on either of our ends, I always had a hotline to Rick and his team. After the contract acceptance, proceeding with the appraisal and heading towards closing was also hassle free. I was given the entire picture upfront with no fluff. In addition, the communique they've sent included reminders of the overall process and what I, the buyer, am obligated to do, what the lender needs to do, and what the title company needs to do. I found this technique of communication very helpful as it gave me an awareness of what all parties are doing and how I would play a part in it towards my goal of purchasing a home. During the process, there is a phase where my interest rate was not locked. As time progressed, Rick worked to get me a better rate at no cost to me. From when I started to when I locked in my rate, I had a difference of 0.125. This rate was the lowest I could get without paying for points. Aside from their handling of business, their professionalism and quick responses gave me a more than satisfactory experience. Each member of his team is knowledgeable and if the person I was talking to did not know, they would find the answer immediately and I could hang the phone up knowing the verdict and then proceed to plan out my next steps to make this process less stressful. One more thing I want to touch on. They have a website that you can submit your loan application to. I was confused at first because one website is used to process the loan and another is the actual package that takes your project from cradle to grave. You submit all of your sensitive documents to this site so you never have to send it unprotected through your email. If you have to send your personal identifiable information through your regular email without encryption, please don't do that. Use their website and protect yourself from identity theft. I highly recommend Rick Chism and his team. I am honestly pleased with their performance and loved working with them. Other than that, I wish you, the reader, the best of luck and I sincerely hope you find the home you are looking for!
