  I must say that my family and I were blessed to have found and worked with Dean. Not only was he confident and professional, he dealt with my personal anxieties very well even with how busy he must have been. He got us through many hurdles and hiccups and guided us along the way. Also led us to an amazing agent as well. He definitely made our first-time purchase from LA to SATX possible. Now that my VA loan is situated, I will hopefully go back to Dean for our next soon.   I found and contacted Dean after doing a ton of research online about loans and programs that I wanted to apply for. (He was knowledgeable of all of them) Saw that he was highly rated, which I now know why. When I first contacted Dean I told them my situation and what I was looking for. The biggest part of my situation was I was on a time crunch and I was looking for the most cost effective route. Dean was defiantly the easiest to work with. At no point was he pushing me to make decisions. He was very honest and straight to the point which I really appreciate. I'm someone that has to understand whats going on and he would answer all of my questions honestly and instantly. One of my biggest things was I wanted to work with someone that was realistic and honest. I gave myself guide lines / restrictions that I would use to determinate if I will use him and Caliber Homes Loans. He did not only meet all my expectations, he also beat them. This whole process was stress free and I was fully updated throughout the whole process and saw no surprises other than the ones that benefited me. I highly recommend him and will be referring him to everyone I know looking to buy a house. I followed his recommendations on things such as Realtor to pick and such things that I was satisfied with. All in all, he was a great person to work with and extremely lucky I found him as I was not happy with my other possible loan options. Thank you to Dean and his team!

  Decided to purchase a house instead of paying rent so I contacted my Agent Brigitte Frausto (amazing) who then set me up with Dean from Caliber Home Loans. After finding the house I wanted, we closed within 24 days, pretty much the time that was estimated. I am happy and excited to have moved in to my very own home thanks to the Caliber Home loan team.
