  Texas First Bank is the absolute best bank around! They call you by name as you enter the bank and they take exceptional care of you! We have belonged to the bank over 25 years and they treat us like we are family!! We frequent the Hitchcock and Santa Fe locations where we get top notch service on every visit! If you want a bank where you can grow and feel like you matter, Texas First Bank is a excellent choice!!

  Kayla Schaeffer makes my day, every time I come in to the bank, along with all the other staff. Everyone knows me by name at Texas first, the best bank in Galveston county. Always there to help with anything myself or my business needs. They are community based, hosting / sponsoring multiple community events / projects through the year. I could not ask for anything more in my financial institution. Texas first your bank, your bank, your home.

  Loved my experience there with Brooke M. I went to open a new account here & She literally made me feel like we have been friends all my life. She's very professional, knowledgeable & took her time. I didn't feel like I was just a customer to her. The location inside is very different, it kinda reminds me of old indians shop. I absolutely love it, it's so cute, it doesn't feel like a bank

  Warning this bank is not good at managing it's accounts. It messed up my account and family member's accounts because apparently they can't differentiate between similar names on accounts. They disclosed information to wrong people about others accounts, thank God our family is close and information wasn't abused. To cover their mess up they want me to sign revision papers to change my account because clearly they can't be trusted not to make mistake again. However I have been sick and they shut off my access to MY money until I come sign the papers. So now after getting a COVID test done and without having results yet I have to go expose their employees and sign these papers because they refuse to give me access to MY money until I fix their mess up. All my other family members quit banking with them, I will be doing the same.

  Great bank, customer service has been amazing over the years and very personal. At Texas First Bank they don’t make you feel like just another number. They treat you like family.

  If you have any money in the bank in Santa Fe you need to take it out. Here is why, my mother was on her death bed and some cashed 21,000 dollars worth of check's on her. Even after the frist check was cashed and I went in and begged them to not cash any more checks from those people. Money is not safe in that bank in Santa Fe.

  Have banked with them 26 years now. We always ret prompt friendly service with a smile. Have never seen rudeness from either staff or management. Sometimes I think you get back what you give the people serving you.
