  Where to begin... no one answers the phone. Not member services, not loans, not the operator. If I email, I only get a reply if I cc bank executives. After that, I get replies for a short period of time and then they die off. I spent 2 years requesting a reconciliation of my escrow on my mortgage because it had never been done and I got worried I was overpaying or underpaying. I was told repeatedly it would be done. It never was. I gave up. Today, I'm told by my homeowners insurance company that CCFCU did not pay my homeowners insurance and they are unable to reach CCFCU to find out why. When I call, again, I can NOT get anyone on the phone. Do not use this bank. The best experience I had with them was 8 years ago when I refinanced and my friend was still there working. She's gone now, and I can't say I blame her.

  This place is never open on time. Drive thru pitch black, not open when suppose to. They're suppose to open at 8am, still not open at 845. Phones not turned over, still not open. No calls answered or returned. Whom can we report this to? This is ridiculous. :( Empty lobby, but no one is answering phone. Things haven't been the same since Carol Purdy left. No contact requested.

  This is among the worst credit unions I have ever seen. They never answer phones, drive thru is always extra slow, even though lobby is closed, there only seems to be one teller working the drive thru lanes. It is time to make a switch.

  Not stellar / not bad.... Until you need to speak to ANYONE on the phone. I have wasted (with no exaggeration) hours of my life on hold to get dumped into a random rep's voicemail. "We are experiencing higher call volumes" no matter what time of day you call

  Do not do business at all with this place at all. They won’t answer phones ever. They will literally hang up on you and are rude as hell. You never get a call back. Definitely the worst credit union I’ve ever dealt with. So bad I refinanced my loans with somebody else just so I did not have to deal with them anymore!

  People will never answer the phone!! I'm really thinking about closing my account with this bank,you will never get through to anyone even if it's urgent! You will only get different voicemails and that is unexceptionable!!

  Not sure what happened to this Credit Union. Loan department fumbled on my title work twice, causing me to incur additional vehicle notes and insurance payments. Asked about being taken care of/compensated and just got a sorry along with a denial. If I miss a vehicle payment, I cannot just say sorry, that would damage both parties involved. Good luck calling, their lack of call support is brutal. Leave a voicemail or send a companywide email and they’ll eventually get back to you. If you need something urgent then go to JSC or nearly anywhere else. Very frustrating to write this review as I hate to bad mouth small businesses. Will be withdrawing all funds, closing all accounts and moving over to Shell, JSC, Amoco, Texas Citizens and Chase. Very disappointed at how their mistake wasn’t handled properly.

  Over doing it with the social distancing. No one was in the lobby and even though the sign says lobby open for new accounts..loans..etc. It also stated "and special circumstances" All I needed was a couple cashier's checks and happened to be on the motorcycle that day. The lazy overweight cop or security guy at the door acted like I took away his burger just for knocking on the door. I had my mask on and told him I had alot of cash on me..need to explain cashier check details and on a bike..can I come in as the sign says special circumstances. Of course they couldn't make any exceptions. Judging by the lack of cars in the drive thru..this place is on its way to shutting down.

  I have had nothing but great experiences with Coastal Community FCU. Everyone has always been nice and helpful especially Deborah. When we needed an emergency loan last year to fix our truck she did all she could to help us out. 😊

  I love my bank!!! Bertha was really amazing with helping me understand what was going on with my account. She took out the time and helped fix the problem. She was great!!!!!
