  Spoke with Eric at their office in Dickinson very pleased with the service he was very informative and help me save quite a bit of money switching over from another insurance company not going to give any details on who I switched from other than their mascot is Flo. I highly recommend this office and their staff as they're very knowledgeable and honest.

  Thanks to Eric Romero at State Farm I got good insurance for a good price. I was very surprised when i found out how much i was going to save. Eric and Ben was wonderful.... They got everything done in a timely manner and I was on my way!

  I had State Farm way back when. They had gone up on my rate so I did what I needed to do and I had to make the switch. I went to Texas Farm Bureau insurance and have been with them for over four years and they had stayed competitive with pricing. I finally shopped around (Feb 2019) and State Farm was one of the most competitive rates at that time but pretty close to what I was paying so I decided to stay put with Texas Farm Bureau insurance. Then I got a phone call from Melissa about four months later (May 2019) informing me that the rates that she had given to me previously had two rate decreases since then, and so I decided to call her back and I’m glad that I did. Melissa spoke to me over the phone and we completed the whole process over the phone and everything was very easy. I got DOUBLE the coverage and paying less for what I have right now, and I know if I ever God forbid get in an accident all I have to say is, “I have State Farm” and everybody will breathe a sigh of relief. Originally when I had to leave State Farm a few years ago It wasn’t easy but my finances were more important at the time. I’m glad to be back with State Farm and Melissa was very informative and very friendly. SMP
