  I had a very great experience and customer service is excellent! The managers Kelly and Jarod helped me out a lot even Trevor was super nice and they were super understanding with my situation. I had a ring that I put out for loan a while back last year! Yes that long lol, but it ended up dropping and I ended up getting put on layaway to get it back but it was in my ex’s name because I was so sick and couldn’t get to the store.long story short, the layaway was never payed for and it finally dropped. Kelly immediately called me and told me that it dropped because I was calling for weeks hoping I wouldn’t lose it, but they couldn’t tell me anything about the ring at the time because it wasn’t in my name. So after he didn’t pay for it, and it dropped, as I said before Kelly called me and told me he had it and was holding it waiting for me to come in and get it back!!!! I was soooo happy that I was able to put it back on layaway in my name today. Jarod who was working today, as well as Trevor, both understood my situation and were extremely kind and welcomed me back. I want to say to Jarod and Kelly (managers) as well as Trevor , thank y’all so much for EVERYTHING ! I thought I was going to lose a ring that had a lot of sentimental value. So after all this time, I finally got it taken care of thanks to y’all!!! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone ! They also have a lot of nice guns and other things! Go check them out , they will really work with you!

  I would have gave 5 stars but the store in Santa Fe, Texas lost there firearms license to sell automatic hunting rifles and pistols. They have a scarce selection of shotgun and bolt action rifles but nothing like the modern sporting rifles. I hope to see them back in this location soon, the manager Kelly is a expert on these items and every one I know in my profession in the area likes dealing with him. I will submit another review and give it 5 stars when I see them back there.

  The manager Kelly is awesome and the employees are top notch. I was very disappointed when I discovered the SF location had quit selling handguns or AR-15 sporting rifles. Instead they are carrying a large display of sneakers and purses. It's evident whoever made that decision doesn't know Santa Fe. I guess I will be taking my firearm business elsewhere. By that I mean another company.

  Customer service from Kelly and the other staff is the best. Was shocked when I went to purchase another handgun and ammo from them and the are no longer carrying them. Unfortunately had to go elsewhere. Hope they bring them back

  Definitely never going again. Bought an ac that leaked but was told it was in good shape, and got a tablet that supposedly worked but didn't even let me play games. Do not go here. It's horrible.
