  I worked with them for about 7 months and during that time my middle score went from the 620's-670. I was able to get approved for my mortgage and they were always ready and available to ask questions. Sometimes the website was a bit janky but you know, with smaller companies that happens sometimes. But that doesn't compare to the amount of effort and availability they provide. If you need an appointment to talk and ask questions or go over your numbers they have an appointment ready either same day or the next day. You schedule the appointment with their website so you dont need to wait on hold for someone to schedule it. The only thing you need to watch out for is once you've scheduled the appointment there isn't an option to cancel. But when they text you the reminder you can text them back to cancel. Overall, its a good service and they aren't scamy like the other predatory sites out there. They will work with you and are very open to feedback.

  This credit repair service has been amazing. I love how the owner of the company gets in touch with you to discuss the best options for you and which would be the best way to go about getting things deleted from your credit report. They don't promise anything but they will fight every day to make sure they do as much as they can. From the friendly staff to the awesome portal, their service can't be matched. To top it off their prices wont cost an arm and a leg lol. I've done tried plenty companies and this is by far the best and only one I would ever recommend.

  Sam called me today and it felt like we knew each other for years. Real Professional guy who tells you what you need to hear other than what you want to hear. The Client Portal is very useful and any question you may have Sam and the team will answer them for you. Thanks Sam for improving my knowledge on fixing my credit score.

  Amending this review because the owner messaged me immediately asking me to call him. He took full responsibility, was so apologetic and very thorough in wanting to know what exactly happened. And, it turned out they DID cancel me when I asked them to, but they did not let me know. They do good credit repair, and I've used a few different ones over the years. So, while I did get frustrated by the thought that they didn't cancel my account, they actually did good credit repair for me, AND cancelled when I asked them to. And, the owner himself called to remedy the problem. That's how you do business properly. Strongly advise not using this company. Their work is fine, that's not the problem. You will not be able to cancel your account when you want to. I have sent emails, I have sent discontinue requests through their website, twice. I have called three times. And NOBODY will confirm. Now they are calling me to tell me they have "good news" and leaving messages in my box on their website.

  After a year of being with another company and getting no results, I found this place online. I have to say that after the short time I have been with this company, I have been impressed. The communication from them is off the charts and I don't think I have ever had an owner of a company personally call me. I am going to recommend these guys to everyone I can that needs help with their credit!!!!!!

  My wife and I were in the process of buying a house Due to the past, my credit was not what it needed to be to qualify. When I contacted Texas Best Credit Repair, the response I received was amazing. They were very professional and understanding of my situation. The amount I invested was worth every penny. After a few removals, I was able to qualify for our house. I encourage anyone who visits there site, give them a call. They will take care of you.

  When looking for a credit repair company we wanted an Austin credit repair company and we did not want to use one of those big internet companies located in some other state. We were relieved to find the Heatherwilde Blvd Texas Best Credit Repair office! We really liked how they have 4 credit plans to choose from and only $39.00 to get started. A big difference was every plan they offer is month to month with no long term contract. This allowed us to get started right away & they allow us to upgrade to a faster plan at anytime. The best part about our experience was they have a small staff that gets to know you and they have an easy to understand 3 step process! We were always able to get answers because we were connected to their staff by the online portal they provide! We feel like we made the best choice to work with a credit repair company that is local!

  I sat in with Shannon tonight on your coaching session Samuel Naquin, and I really value the info and support you had to share. Im been trying to teach her about how the credit bureaus work since my dad has been teaching me about how he got on top of his credit after years of struggling with it. You reinforced everything I'm been showing her about what I'm been doing over the last year and provided even more useful help and tools to go the extra mile as far as house or auto loans go. You guys really know your stuff!
