Christina Flores5This is the best UFCU branch there is. I go out of my way to come there. Alex and Aileen are true assets! I met with Aileen to refinance my car. She was so knowledgeable and wonderful to ask questions to. I went back to meet with her specifically because of how helpful she is but because she was busy and I met Alex and he is my go-to. Alex is so helpful, knowledgeable, and fast to work with. He has resolved and assisted me with my questions that usually take two hours for other representatives to figure out in 30 minutes. He has helped me refinance my car, issued me a credit card, change my pin, make large withdrawals, help answer international transaction questions, all of this with a smile, during my lunch, in only 3 trips. I will be back to meet with him to finance a truck. Wonderful, absolutely wonderful service and I don’t say that often.

jacob knoche5I’ve been banking with these fine folks for around a decade. They’ve been the best bank/credit union I’ve ever had the pleasure of being apart of. They have always for literally TEN years worked out any and every issue I had in the best way possible in a quick manner every time. I love this credit union so much I have my employees and younger brother open accounts there. All the branches are great but this has been my staple branch and I go out of my way to go to this location whenever possible. These guys are the best, hands down, in every aspect from benefits with banking with them to customer service. Thanks y’all!

Fateha Begum2A while back, I went there for some services where I missed some documents that I should have taken with me, service person acted , as if, I wasted his time, needless to say, I did not go back there. Cannot say whether this service person was in some stress or was working long hours or not but I just did not appreciate of his attitude, I wish them good luck.

Kytra Selca5I started banking with UFCU this morning. The online portal had a small hiccup in verifying my identity to open the account online. I was contacted by their online accounts team and they scheduled an in-person visit for me at this branch. The in-person appointment was within 48 hours of initially submitting my information online, which I found to be a pretty great turnaround time. When I arrived at the Pflugerville-IFC branch, I was greeted by Wil, a Personal Financial Representative. Wil assisted me through the process of identity verification and account setup. It was a beautifully simple process and Wil was a high-spirited delight, somewhat unexpected by me personally, given the rainy/gloomy weather of the morning. Thanks for the incredible assistance, Wil and thanks to UFCU for staffing individuals like Wil. I've always heard good things about UFCU and I'm happy to be banking there now. -Kytra

Micha Williams1I have been to this location twice and each time it was a horrible experience. I went in on a Saturday it wasn’t busy at all. As I’m walk in a couple is walking out telling them they weren’t going to go business with them. They tried to stop them at the door but the gentleman told them no he was going to shop around I was trying to sign in Freddie Torres came up to help me. I was happy about that figured I would get in and out. Then I informed him that I needed a cashiers check but needed to put money into my account. He said go a head and when I finished he would help me. I also told him I needed to reset my app password he rushed me through the process and my account is still locked. He was no help at all. He rushed me through the process of getting the cashier check. I’m trying to reset my account and he begins to bang on the desktop. I felt so rushed and what I had going on was not important to him at all. So I grab my stuff to leave and I had not even walked away and he has called the next person. I’m very disappointed in the level of customer service they have here

Alisha Buttz1Just wondering how a company like this can exist? I bank at the Austin Texas branch and have for over 5 years. When my husband went to get a money order "a UFCU employee made a withdrawal to my account from my savings side and when there was no money in it," and in return left us with a -1,370 balance. When we went to the branch we were told it was their employees fault but WE would still have to pay the money back...Why

Jessica Hamilton5Just made an account with Rosie, and she was an absolute doll to work with. Made my 4 year old, and I feel super welcome, even though he was not being on his best behavior, she was super patient, and super friendly. Would give 10 stars if I could.
