  I went to Top Cash Pawn for some work gas money and I was treated fairly and I believe I was given a fair amount of my loan. The two (2) gentelman there seemed knowledgeable about answering my questions.Top Pawn was very clean and had a fair amount of electronics and tools. I'll be back for that Dell touch.😁 Thanks for the respect and professionalism I was looking for guys. Awesome job.

  Pawned my ring that was appraised at $5000 about a year ago for $600. While waiting to pawn I told one of the pawn shop employees I wanted to sell it. He said the manager was not there and I said I would take $3500. He stated “he will probably give you more than that”. A week later I go to get it out of pawn and as the person was testing the diamond it kept saying some other name, not diamond as it had said when I pawned. He tried to hand it back and I said no, it said diamond when I pawned it. He said it was to clean to be a diamond but pointed to the side of the gem on the ring and it said diamond. The ring didn’t look the same so I took it to the same appraiser, he is my mom and aunts friend, and he said the diamond is not the same one I appraised. I would recommend people not to use this place. Not much I can do now. The appraiser said he will give me a sworn statement for court so that’s a plus. The nerve of some people, I am an honest man making an honest living. I know times are hard but screwing people over us not a way to make a living. I do have one thing going for me, karma is my guardian angel. I will work the system to make sure nobody else gets ripped off by this store or any other chain the owner has, related to pawn. No hard feelings, you won the battle.

  So I see the only reason they haven’t shut down is because they stay open the latest. Everyone should definitely hit up cash pawn check out they’re reviews!

  buyer beware, this place is a massive rip off. Google what these item go for used before you buy because when i was in there they had an item in the case priced for $100 OVER new MSRP. when I inquired about the pricing the smug used car salesman type shrugged his shoulders and wouldn't offer a reasonable price. looking forward to watching this place go out of business.

  I went into the store at lunch and they gave me one price I come back in at 4 pm and I am told the price is $100.00 more for the item. Told the manager I was told the lower price at lunch time by the same employee that had told me the lower price and I am told the price is $100.00 more so I just walked out with the cash in my pocket.

  I don't know why there are bad reviews. I was at this Top Cash Pawn location this morning and everything was good. The store is clean and well organized. The employees were helpful. I purchased an Echo CS-490 chainsaw for a reduced price and it worked perfect all afternoon. I am very satisfied with the purchase and will be going back.

  Came in here a few days ago and loved it. David and Jamie were nice and helpful, and I found a few James Avery charms for my bracelet. Nice and bright store, it was fun to shop around. I had fine customer service, not sure what other reviewers are referring to.

  They two guys working were to lazy to help me! I have some very valuable watches, and I'm talking about a bunch of watches! The cheapest one is probably around$75

  Nice pawn shop in this area. I've bought an amp recently and have stopped in more than once for guitars. Everyone is always friendly when i've been there so I don't know about the other reviews. They have good quality stuff and the store is nicer than other pawn shops i've been in around here.

  I came in on a Thursday to pawn my Xbox 1 and was told, that if I get it out the following Thursday the interest would be $4. I only borrowed $50 on it. Just walked in to redeem my Xbox and now the total price to get it out is $60. The manager and employee on duty were soo rude when I asked about why the price had changed. I get that it’s only a $6.00 difference but I hate being told when thing and then something else is different! This place needs better management and they need to educate their employees properly!!! Will not be coming back. First Cash Pawn is way better!

  Dear A Mw. We are very sorry that you had such a bad experience in our location. Unfortunately, the interest rate is the same in every pawn shop in the state of Texas, there is a flat finance rate charge, and as stated in the back of the pawn ticket we provided, if the finance charge shown in the front of the ticket is 15$ or less, we earn all the finance charge when the loan is made. The same happens in other locations. Again, we are very sorry you had such a bad experience and will work on providing better information to our future customers.
