  I would like to thank Victoria for doing such an amazing job for helping me and my partner with our financial needs. She went above and beyond to help and make the process run smoothly for refinancing both of our vehicles. Coming from someone who also works in the banking industry she definitely put her customers needs first and is customer obsessed.   The assistant manager at Texas Bay credit Union in Pearland. Her name is Candice. She was awesome. She's very professional. Has a great personality. I think she is a great asset to the company while assisting you, she makes you feel like you're a part of the Texas Bay family. That's a good feeling when your money is involved That's the place and someone that you can trust. I want to thank her for everything she did for me and my family

  Victoria Sifuentes is absolutely amazing. I needed to get my car refinanced very quickly and she made it happen within a day! She also got me approved for a credit card and is working to see what can be done to improve my credit. I will forever recommend her! Thank you again for all you did!!

  Went there didn't have to wait long lady name Victoria help me very friendly. If you need to open an account ask for Victoria she a big help hands down. Good bank to bank at.

  I thank God for Kayla! She helped me with the purchase of my new vehicle! It was such a swift and easy process. I loved being able to communicate with her back and forth via text. Everything was so convenient for me ... not to mention the interest rate she got approved for me! Kayla also assisted me with setting up a few other lines of credit to help me keep building my credit score! I’m super excited about 2021 and Kayla played such a huge role in getting me off on the right foot! Oh I forgot to mention she was ALWAYS available and accessible, I love that! I had so many questions and concerns and she was always there ready to help with the most positive and caring attitude!   Texas Bay in Pearland has exceeded my expectations to say the least. We were coming to withdraw for a car loan down payment and they immediately suggested they could get us a better deal. They did just that and when the dealership decided to give us a hard time, they came up with a plan to make it happen a different way! Thank you so much Candyce for all you did for me and my family!
