Yvette Davis2Banking service is horrible. No personal banking have to use a kiosk. Only have one ATM. Location is now closed, moving to another location. Members were not notified. This was an I convenience.

Ambere Knox1I have been with this company for YEARS, the one time I dispute a charge-they cancel my debit card and then fail to inform me rather than 7-10 business days it will be 3+ weeks. This bank is a joke, run. FAST.

This is the standard time to receive replacement cards. We have researched and the recent chip shortage delays did not affect your card. We apologize for the misunderstanding.

Kenneth Fisher1Joined Smart C.U. When they had real tellers inside, now your talking to a glorified ATM, tried to deposit coins and the Pearland branch wouldn’t accept WRAPPED coins... wanted me to drive 25 miles to another branch. Tried to withdraw ten 1 dollar coins for a Christmas gift, was told I had to buy the whole roll of 25 because it would be an inconvenience for them to break the roll. Time to find a new bank when you can’t deposit or withdraw money because it would inconvenience them.
