Sally Wooley1We brought our daughter to this branch location on her birthday to open a checking account, we waited over an hour to be helped and finally left. Ridiculous to have to wait that long to be helped on any day, but definitely didn’t set the tone right for her special day. We have banked with Wells Fargo for over 15 years, but after today, we will be switching banks. This was the last straw after a string of bad customer service.

Andrea1This is the slowest Bank I have ever been to. I have to come here multiple times for work, doesn’t matter what time you arrive, you will wait in line forever. Today I was second in line and none of the cars moved for over 15 min. The one in front of me was 30+ min. Employees don’t even apologize or seem to care about the wait.

Htx Xth1An absolute waste of my time dealing with traffic to get here only to find out they were closed. An agent on the phone told me yesterday this location will be open and i kept checking the website to see if it will say closed. It only says closed on dec 25 not shortened hrs on dec 24!!!! Stupid!

Christine Valdez Clemmons1I was the only one in line, waiting 15 minutes before the teller from the drive thru came to help me. Not once did anyone apologize for the wait or inconvenience. There was nobody in the drive thru line as well. One employee was on the phone and the drive thru teller stood by her until he saw how inpatient I was getting with no acknowledgement. When I told him what I needed done, he hesitated and said he didn't know if he could assist. Wasted my short lunch break in this branch. Thank you.

Glenda Jones1Zero stars!! I went to this location this morning and arrived at 858am. I was there to get a temporary atm card. The sign in sheet was missing, I informed the African American female employee (with braids) that it was missing, "..just have a seat, we'll be with you in a minute!", Wow! After some time she walked in my direction, I assumed she was coming to assist me, "What do you need!" Really! This is customer service! I was appalled at her lack of professionalism. I informed her that I was there for a temporary card and she walked away. Some time later a man came and asked me if I needed help. So not only was I given the worst service, she didn't have the decency to inform someone else that I needed assistance. The lack of professionalism, poor customer service and absence of good leadership exists at this location. These people need more training: cutomer service skills need to be taught, shared and applied. Cultural sensitivity classes are needed. As far as the manager, whomever he or she may be, Leadership skills need to be assesed. This cannot be tolerated. Close this location down so that cutomers do not have be subjected to employees with poor people skills. They owe everyone an apology! If WELLSFARGO can't review and fix this situation at this location, then maybe we should all bypass this location and proceed to the next WELLSFARGO about 1 mile E, right past Walmart on the right. They have excellen customer service! Or locate another bank and move your account right accross the street to COAMERICA or BBVA! Angry and rt!

jon sandico1No help at all , having concerns with my account regarding zelle , I can send but not receive . The manager told me the zelle is only use to transfer money from Wells Fargo to Wells Fargo business account only , me and my son have both Wells Fargo business account, he can receive and send money. Except me . They have no answer

Todd Martin2If you go here you had better have some patience in the bank because you will need it. You can be he only person in the bank and you will still have to wait. Not sure why, but the customer doesn't come first here.
