  After working with another broker for almost eight months with no success, we met Culby and Amy at Terrydale.   Long-story short, A+. Brian, Quinn, and Connor are the best in the business. Period. The team at Terrydale is top-tier in every way that matters. From start to finish, they were communicative, proactive, honest, and fast. We had a few hiccups with the seller that could have caused major delays in getting a loan funded and the team went out of their way get creative, including some tactics our team hadn't seen before.
