  Working with Taylor Young on our refinance was a great experience. Taylor very clearly walked us through all of the options and provided insight into what each package we looked at would mean for us long term. When the closing became delayed due to great volume, Taylor checked in with us constantly to let us know exactly what was going on, and where we were at in the process. At no point in this undertaking did I ever feel that Taylor wast acting in anything but our best interest.
