  Mike and his team were great! We had a fast close and many things had to come together quickly on their part. They made it happen in a big way! Mike was very responsive and was great at finding different rate options. He never stopped exploring the best option. The one we ended up going with was a GREAT rate - 1% less than any rate I had seen at that time given the specifics of our purchase. I highly recommend Mike and his team if your looking for a mortgage.

  I had a wonderful refinance with Mike and his team. They were very attentive to my needs from the beginning and worked to get the best possible deal. Mike was always available for my questions, especially as we got down to the wire. They delivered exactly as they said they would do, and the final deal was better than at the start. I was very pleased with the level of service and quality of communication. The process itself is very involved and almost tedious, and you can easily get lost in the weeds.   I was able to meet Mike through a friend and he is amazing! I have worked under my corporation for 38 years even though I had the cash other companies found an issue because I wasn't w2'd. Even after presenting my tax returns. Being self employed became a challenge when looking to purchase a home but not for Stonebriar Mortgage. I was able to get a bank statement loan and it was that easy supplying a couple years of statements. They communicate every step of the way and really held my hand virtually. I am so thankful for Mike and his team and really made the whole process easy! I will never purchase a property without calling them first. I was in my new home in 30 days!!
