      I tend to my grandmother a few days out of the week and a highlight to her Wednesdays is coming to this bank. She always has a teller by the name of Ariel helping her and she’s wonderful. You’ll be able to tell her apart bc she had a loud personality, colorful nails, and long lashes. The best teller I’ve ever dealt with.

      Find a new Credit Union to use. I paid cash for a vehicle at this companies direction AFTER they so called approved the vehicle. I paid cash, waited for the title to come in, again at their direction. Title came in and once I sent everything over for the cash out they denied the loan because of the vehicle. The same vehicle they already had all of the info on. The same vehicle they APPROVED only to be told after I am out $65,000 that they wont do a loan on it. Not because Im not approved, but because the vehicle isn't. This is the second bad experience I have had with this company and gave them a second chance. I wont be doing any more business with them. If there was a zero star id give that. Find some people that can do their jobs better.

      This is my go to branch. I have been with NCU for many years. Angelica is one of the managers there and is so helpful, always. I do wish they still had coins, but unfortunately they did away with them for certain reasons. However, that doesn't stop me from using NCU. If youre looking for a great credit union. I highly recommend them!

      Came here to refinance my auto loan and my loan officer Adabelle Mendez would never return my call or answer the phone when I called. Ended up going to a different credit union. It's a shame that everyone else I spoke to was very nice and the professionalism of one person drove away a customer.

      I would like to thank Angelica for taking the time to renew a member out of me. I went in the Dallas location ready to close my account and end ties with NCU. For more than three months, I dealt with so much inconvenience due to phishing attempts. My account was frozen and I couldn’t use the app. As a millennial not having access to an app came with so much anxiety. In conclusion, Angelica was able to alleviate much of my problems and (with the digital supervisor) I finally was able to access online banking. Thanks so much Angelica, I truly appreciate you 💕
