  This is a little podunk town credit union. It was ok back 10 years ago when I needed a loan but not good for much else. Since i really had no other use for them other than a loan and a credit card I never used their services. If you don't use the services after so long the account goes dormant. I paid off my credit card with them last year and go to use it this year and it won't work. Come to find out they closed that account. The lady I spoke with was nice enough but nobody really seemed to care that the credit I had built from that was down the toilet and that I never got several letters that they sent to what address no one knows. Nobody even bothered to call me back like they were supposed to. Very disappointed. I am very happy with Chase bank, they get 5 stars!

  This bank has no fraud protection. If your account gets hacked they will not help you out!!! My account was hacked $1700 and I filed a police report and still waiting for a phone call!! So upset!
