  If there was lower than 1 star that’s what I would rate it. They mislabeled a firearm as a .45 when it was not and instead of resolving the issue they offered to buy it back for 1/2 of what was paid. I definitely would not purchase anything from them again. Their knowledge, customer service and overall environment is atrocious.

  They have really good customer service and I also like that the employees speak English and Spanish because the I can communicate better. If you’re looking for great service look for Anna, she will really help you out!!!

  CenTex Pawn is quite possibly the best pawn shop. My husband and I love the employees that work here. Extremely nice, helpful, great prices and have always worked with us when we are short on cash. Thank y'all for being so great! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
