  If you want a long, drawn-out, drab closing process - highly recommend going somewhere else. If, however, you want a professionally managed transfer of an asset, whether the seller or the buyer, you *cannot* go wrong with the Team over at Tejas.   As a Realtor in Central Texas I love helping my clients buy a home or sell theirs. So I look for Title companies I know will return phone calls and emails to make it as smooth transaction for my client as possible. Tejas Land & Title might be a new title Company in the area but they have raised the bar for customer service and just over all getting it done right the first time. I will be recommending them to other Realtors and any client needing a title info.
