joe trevino1Never fails. Same little girl makes you feel insulted. Makes you feel like you are there to rob the bank. If she could get away with it, she'd frisk you. Every person in that bank, has always treated me professional except this particular whippersnapper.

If someone has been a little overzealous or terse in her communication regarding the hat policy, that is not our aim but is something we will address. But please understand that this policy is not uncommon in financial institutions, and it is enforced for the safety of both staff and members alike.

Jeremy Batcha5Been banking with the bank for a few years now and never regretted switching over. Over on the west Adam's location all the staff is super friendly and very helpful. If I'm ever having any issues I speak with Gina and she's more than happy to help and get my issue resolved. Gina is absolutely the best.

Claudette Herron5I've been with Texell Credit Union since 1985. When I got married my husband was with a different bank. I wasn't a fan of his bank. When I put my check in the account it wasn't available until the next day. I was spoiled with having my money available right when I put it in with Texell. It's been many years since then. Texell has been great with all my banking needs. Especially, since my husband passed away.
