  This group took very good care of us during the entire process. In the beginning, we thought getting the loan and closing on our house we be much more complex than it was. Shannon Alexander and her team at Fairway made things VERY easy for us. They communicate very well and will make time to explain the details to you if you have any questions. Everyone we dealt with at Fairway was polite, professional and maintained a great attitude with us through the end. We were never put on the back-burner or given the run-around. Anytime we had a question, we received a follow-up phone call or email quickly. We were provided nothing short of outstanding service from everyone at Fairway.   Matt and Ryan were so easy to work with. I have worked with Matt multiple time in the past and each and every time his team has been exceptional in communication and execution of the process. I would recommend them to everyone I could. They stay on top of things so you don’t have to and they respond to questions promptly whether it’s the weekend or late in the evening. They have a wealth of knowledge and are definitely working to get you the best deal possible for your situation. I will always choose them to be my lending team in the future.

  Jonathon has been my loan officer for over a decade and he has never ceased to amaze me. He has continued to improve on what I would consider perfection in the mortgage industry.
