  Outstanding service!!! Layton Flynn helped me with two cashiers check for my business and assisted me when the outside lane was unable to. I will definitely come back and do business with this guy. Knowing that I have someone like this managing my money and taking the time to help me really means a lot. Thank you again.

  I have been apart of Texell over 5 years and have loved it! The representative i worked with recently was, Jackie Vargas. She reached out to me and helped me so quickly with getting a credit card that has helped my credit even more!!! :) She was so polite, answered all my questions, & very prompt! Ask for Jackie!!! She is AWESOME!!!!!

  I went to Texell for a loan. Brianna was my Loan agent. She made me comfortable, was very pleasant and efficient. I was there probably 45 minutes by the time I left there was $5,000.00 in my account. Always well treated here.

  This past week I went into the Belton Branch with a special request. The Assistant Branch Manager, Layton Flynn, recognized the frustration of my situation and immediately took over. He was able to get me what I needed, making phone calls to other departments and even figuring out a resolution!! Something I hadn’t even considered. His attention to my case solved my urgent request and I left the Belton Branch with a plan. I am thankful that Texell is our credit union.

  Person at the entrance was very helpful getting me signed in and working on setting up my info on my phone. Brey in new accounts did a great job setting up my accounts. She was efficient and very friendly.

  Went to open a business account and Mr. Flynn was very informative and helpful. Got our business account and debit cards up In running in a few minutes. Amazing service and very friendly.

  I want to thank Brianna she did a wonderful job and she works at the Belton branch she said tastic she's awesome she did more than anybody has ever done for me at any Bank so y'all need to give her a raise I'm so serious about this dude's giving a raise and you better keep her here because I am going to need her help again but she did awesome great customer service great personality what more can you ask

  Belton Assistant Branch Manager Layton Flynn is amazing. In just a short amount of time he was able to get an auto loan processed and the dealer draft done right at closing time that day. His dedication to customer service helped to get me in my new truck on that day. The other information that he provided to me will have me moving my accounts to Texell very soon! Thanks for all of your help Layton!!! See y'all soon.

  I was told to give information before being able to talk to someone. Then, told to do it over. I felt like I was apart of an inquisition! Good grief, I want a banking experience to be friendly, comfortable and trusting with my money. I did not get this at all from Texell. I went to another banking institution where I was greeted well and it only took me a few minuted to finalize an account. NO on Texell.
