  Our realtor referred us to Team Wally and got us in touch with CJ (Christopher Moss). We are so glad we got to work with him. CJ was very patient with us in answering all of our questions and truly getting us the best possible interest rate (beat our bank by far). We appreciate how quickly he was responding to us as time is of the essence when purchasing a home. He made sure that we understood all of the requirements and what is expected of us and the seller.   4.5 for sure! CJ was a true pleasure to work with. This was my wife's and I first home purchase and we felt supported and appreciated the entire way. My wife and I are both in business which meant we were analyzing every single line of the contract and therefore had a lot of questions. CJ patiently answered them all in a clear manner and allowed my wife and I to feel confident moving forward. His service went even further than that by answering all our calls and emails within the hour (not many people do this!) and he also made us feel like we were a valued client, rather than just another on a long list. The rate and terms offered by CJ and Team Wally were also unbeatable (we shopped around but no one was able to beat). There were two things that kind of sprung up on us last minute which caused us to bring more cash to closing, something we were looking to avoid but they weren't Team Wally's fault. We only wish they could have perhaps told us in advance that this is something that we should plan for as a possibility. Overall though, CJ and his team did phenomenally well and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asks me. They were responsive, efficient, and provided the best terms. Great job CJ!

  Fairway Mortgage went beyond what I have experienced in the past with a mortgage loan or refinance. We always felt like we were informed especially about the options of the interest rates.Aubrey and the crew were very informative and specific on what they needed from us and helped us along with the process. We could not have been happier in our process. Closing went Easy Peasy. My wife and I are very impressed with Fairway Independent Mortgage.
