  Jordan and his team... They are definitely what we appreciate most! Honestly, the application process was the simplest and easiest part of this new build for my husband and I. Jordan gave all the information we needed, and then some, upfront. He checked in, and made sure to update us along the way. Even when the builder went well past the original close date, and the closing costs and interest rate kept fluctuating, Jordan went way above and beyond for my husband and I, working things out in our favor even while on vacation, and we could not be more grateful and appreciative. We know all to well of the mortgage company horror stories; this was NEVER an issue with Cardinal Financial. Now, everyone we know who is looking to purchase will be routed to Cardinal and Jordan O'Brien's doorstep.

  I wonder what I could say to convey the gratitude that I have for Jordan . I will say that if Jordan says ,"don't worry, he'll take care of things", then don't worry! Jordan made sure that everything went as planned and I closed on time. Jordan received RAVE reviews from the title company and BOTH Agents (Real Estate ), they all spoke very highly of him at the closing table. Jordan was very efficient from the beginning when I made an offer , until the point I had the keys in my hand. Jordan's stellar performance deserves ten stars .   Jordan O'Brien got me down-payment assistance through TSAHC and MCC tax credit. He kept my closing costs and monthly mortgage low. He answered all of my questions promptly by text, phone, and email. He explained things in a way that was easy to understand. He was friendly and professional and made the whole process of buying my first home complete successfully and as smoothly as possible. Jordan was able to overcome a few problems that came up and still close on time and on budget.   After getting declined a loan from bank of England, Jordan assured me from the get-go that with my circumstances, there would be no problem. It was a brand new construction home in Katy, and it went like water. If there's anyone that can do it for you, it's Jordan- AND he makes it easy. He's always available even for after hour and weekend calls if you have any concerns. Great, great guy to work with (And can pretty much help you get a loan in any state)

  Nothing to say but "THE BEST," We where a day to falling out of escrow because our lender was not being very helpful and lacking in customer service as well as common sense. One phone call away was Jordan, within 24 hours he was able to get our file transferred and accepted by his underwriters and in less than 2 weeks had our file completed. He was able to work with us and help us rather than discourage us like our old lender. We received our keys today all thanks to his service. I know for any recommendation or a future purchase I will be calling Jordan.
