jenna seelie1Im sorry but this has always been my absolute least favorite location. Everytime I’ve went here they are 0 help and rude. Save your time go to dallas PKWY location, not this one on preston. SAVE THE HEADACHE Honestly save your time and just bank elsewhere. Terrible, awful, customer service and even worse 1-800 customer service. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA! If I didn’t have so much tied in with them I’d cancel if I could.

Biresh Patel1Arrived at the Bank on time for notary service. At the front desk, Bank officer himself behave as if I have came to bank to waste their time. Started asking me questions about my notary service and documents etc. and started giving his verdict saying these documents we can't notarize. After my request he agreed to check with the Relationship Manager named Chris R. So, I thought hopefully now someone will help me. But, after I enter to the Cabin, the first reaction was we are not notarizing on the document and he got his set of forms to fill and notarize and attached the same to my document but he was not ready to notarize the original document. Recently, I did the same process in another BofA branch and it was really smooth without any hassle. As appointment was not available in the other bank, I had to visit this branch. I was under the impression that being a Platinum customer at least I will get a warm welcome with someone will help me. But unfortunate, due to few bad behaviour and attitude of the staff, I have a stop going and suggesting my friends/colleagues to avoid visiting this branch.
Response from the ownerHi Biresh, We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Your feedback will be shared with our leadership team. ^Annette

Rose Huss5The employees that work here are very friendly! This is the most convenient BOA and while I still have an account with this terrible conglomerate I will continue to use this location. Seriously the employees are very nice here!! I always enjoy my stops here Most times I come inside to use the atm just for a little friendly interaction Thanks for always brightening my day!
Response from the ownerHi Rose, thank you for the positive review about your recent experiences with Bank of America. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. ^chris

Michelle Ratliff1Came in after being referred by another branch for a wire transfer only to be told by Josh that the soonest he had anyone available would be 3:45 and cutoff was 4 so he couldn’t promise it would arrive today. Flat out refused to help me look up another location to help me until after I got a cashiers check and had to figure out another way for a home closing.

Stephen Hudson1If I could give zero stars I would. Perhaps a career in the food service or house cleaning industry would better suit Joshua Zarling.

Fukeke Adks1Really Disappointed? yes I was few minutes late and the front Desk was so mean 1. I don't control the traffic on the road 2. I wasted my Uber fare 3. If the front guy wanted to attend to me he would have been able to; when I came in he said Kristina Mansour was busy she would join me as soon as she is done; he came back few minutes to say she wouldn't be able to see me I told him my appointment was for 10- 10;30 I still had the time and if she is seeing someone that means someone is using my time too but he was adamant. I even offered to wait till anyone is free but he refused; you don't treat people irrespective of how you feel about them; he is supposed to be a customer representative, not someone who feels or think highly of himself

Josh Armstrong5I have never, EVER had a better experience with a bank than with this one. I wish I could remember the woman's name that helped me, but it escapes me. Valerie maybe? Anyway, I was unemployed for awhile, and money was tight. First, I screwed up. I have netflix, and had both streaming and delivery. So when budgeting, I thought netflix was paid. No, only one. Hit with overdraft fee. They fixed it and refunded it no issues, after asking if I'd had any fees waived in a year. Cool. However, later that month, I realized my Pandora account was going to bill, and Pandora's site wouldn't let me change my info (glitch on their end). I even contacted Pandora support, and they took DAYS to get back to me, saying they couldn't change it (after it went through). Another overdraft fee. Went in and spoke to the bank, saying yes, I know you just did this, and the first one was my fault, but I tried to do everything I could on the second issue. Again, they took off the overdraft fee. Awesome. But here's where they really shined. During my conversation with the banker, I mentioned casually that I had an account with them that I thought I closed (Again, my fault I didn't) and it had gotten charged for like 8 months. When I finally closed it at another location, the banker there refunded me one month of fees. Fair enough. But this banker asked "So, wait. There was ZERO activity on the account, except the fees being charged?" I said yes. She got it all reversed! Here's the thing. Two of the three things here were MY mistakes. And they worked with me to make it right. Heck, if I hadn't had the overdraft fee, I wouldn't have gotten my money back on the other. Stop in here. They seem like they want to take care of you. Can't speak for the past reviews, but currently, they've got a good team.

Carol Hill1Have been sitting in the lobby area waiting to speak with the one person that can handle the Merrill Edge accounts. Have watched them turn customers away due to computers being down. Broke my heart when a woman who needed to take care of her deceased Mother's accounts thru power of attorney was callously dismissed with "nothing we can do". Customer service is non-existent at this location.

Jan Ruley (SEAWORTHY)1I dread having to actually go into this location or really any location of Bank of America. They have become so "salesy" and just obviously overly fake friendly. When you walk in the "defense" team moves in to try an do everything to keep you from talking to a teller, they defend their people better than Tony Romo's defense line. Why can't I just talk to a person??? I know the drill, I've been with Bank of America long enough to know when I need and ATM or a teller. Then when you do talk to a teller, they act like its a bother. I do my auto loan, business banking, personal banking and my daughters 2 accounts are with them. What REALLY bothers me, is when I try to withdraw money. This is not the first time it's happened, it's happened multiple times with the manager Nicole. I'm in here a lot and they act like I just passed a holdup note to the teller. When Nicole comes to verify my signature she acts like I'm a criminal, makes me re-sign and re-sign and verify address, birthdate, last transactions ALL of this and with a bitchy attitude acts as if all of this and my signature on my withdrawal slip is so way off that she gets extremely condescending. Bank of America why don't you just do finger printing? People don't physically write anymore--so signatures drift over time--fingerprints don't. I mean a passport isn't good enough, I can recite my SS# backwards while walking on a straight line. She claims she just trying to protect my money, but really what more do you need to verify that I am who I am--a blood sample? The signature is my signature, it matches my passport, my drivers license, govt documents--so really I'm not sure how it could be that far off, is my E leaning to much? This attitude, this approach, and to add more than once I've heard this same manager complaining in the lobby to the team their about the "numbers" being down, just makes me want to take my money elsewhere. Apparently I'm not alone, if their numbers are down. I'm moving ALL OF IT, bringing my business, my savings, my auto loan and my daughters accounts elsewhere.
