  Patrick was absolutely wonderful to work with on getting financing for our first home. We were completely clueless and he took the time to walk us through every step of the process - answering all of our questions and never making us feel like we were taking up too much of his time, even though we were because we needed so much help!   Patrick and his team at First Choice Loans were absolutely wonderful to work with when purchasing our first home!! Since we were first time home buyers they led us every step of the way and made the process seamless and easy. Melanie and Patrick were on top of everything making sure we never missed a deadline or document. Our closing was extremely quick and we were on a vacation for a week before closing and we never once were worried about anything because we knew Patrick had it all under control. He was quick to respond and not only provided but also talked us through all the options available to us. Since we live in Seattle, exchanging documents securely via the Octane portal was a breeze and served a one-stop status update on our loan. From the pre-planning stages of Credit Repair, to walking us through the process, Patrick was patient, knowledgable and flexible...nothing short of AWESOME! In the Denver Market, we had to move fast, as we offered on 7 homes before we were able to get through the entire process.
