  We can't say enough about what an excellent job Team Marti did with the sale of our house. First rate communication and quick responses with any questions that came up. We moved out of state 2 weeks before the house was listed and Marti put us in touch with someone to help with an estate sale (we left a lot of stuff behind), a house cleaner, a painter for minor repairs and touchup and a stager. Happy to say the house sold quickly and above list price. I highly recommend Marti Reeder.

  Hands down, you will not find better realtor than Marti Reeder (Team Marti)! She is knowledgeable, helpful, dependable, and will go above and beyond to make sure you (her client) can get the best outcome when purchasing real estate. Marti isn’t about making the all mighty dollar. There have been two situations where she advised to re-think a real estate purchase based on what I was in the market for. Other realtors might have seen this as easy sale but Marti was more interested in aligning with my purchasing desires. I plan to work with Marti with my next real estate purchase and I don’t wish to work with anyone else. I highly recommend Team Marti!!!

  We’ve now used Marti Reeder to purchase two homes and sell one. When you use Marti to help navigate the housing market, you get an entire team of knowledgeable and caring individuals dedicated to guiding you through the numerous necessary decisions. A true team! Right after we purchased our new house, the market was hit by statewide closures due to Covid-19 and we still had a house to sell.
