  We were absolutely amazed with the comfortable atmosphere in the office and the warm, friendly, kind and patient response we received from Kelly. There was no pressure. All of our questions were answered with the same kindness and patience. We are so very pleased we found OneMain Financial and Kelly. Over the years we've had some loans and the companies and/or agents were rude, mean and pretty much insulting. Making us feel "less than" for even needing to get a loan or not understanding all of the contract mumbo jumbo. Not Kelly. She is terrific! Will definitely be recommending OneMain Financial to friends and relatives. Thanks Kelly and OneMain Financial. You're lifesavers!

  Kelly was amazing and the whole office was very kind and warm. They did their best to make you comfortable. It was such a quick and easy process and they helped me grow my credit score! I would recommend them to my family and friends. Or anyone really!

  Man, would I put 0 stars if I could!!!! Working with Cindy was an absolutely nightmare in Kent WA from the beginning!! Not only could she not give me the correct information the first time but when I tried to ask questions she felt the need to raise her voice and talk SLOWER! Do not waste your time with their outrageous APR's and horrific customer service!!

  DO NOT USE ONE MAIN FINANCIAL!!! No need to leave a extensive negative feedback!! After my experience with Kelly, we ended up using another finance company, LendingPoint! LendingPoint is professionally far more superior than One Main Financial will ever be!!

  They came through again! Took out a loan a few years back to consolidate a few credit cards. And this time had an unexpected home repair that I needed to get done ASAP and they were there for us again. This time it was so much faster with their updated system. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes!

  Initially I was very confused about my loan through OneMain...which should have been a clue for me not to sign on the dotted line, but I've since had the opportunity to gain a better understanding! Thanks to Genevieve!! She eased my heart about my loan obligations and showed me different options for my personal situation. I didn't want to go into the new year with money and loan worries, and Genevieve definitely granted me some Peace.

  I was very please with the service offered by these 2 lady's who were in this branch the day of my visit. This was the smoothest and shortest amount of time I've ever spent doing paper work for a loan and that was even with the internet not opening the site. My initial experience is an A grade! Thank you Kelly and company. :)

  There was an offer after application; if read clearly. Very professional, informative, worked with us in options as well as solutions. Thoroghly explained everything, welcoming, and resolution for our situation. Fast, convenient and highly recommended. Kelly Kelch is your go to personel she took great care of us. Fill everything out, call for questions, set an appointment, and that's it! That easy and highly recommend ONE MAIN!

  The lady who supposedly was helping me gave me attitude from day one. On top of that. She didn’t make an effort to give me a call or mail to notify me of anything like she said she would.
