  Nichole and Darci were absolutely great to work with. Nichole was patient with us as we were first time home buyers that asked many questions before and during the loan process. We felt that she had our best interests at heart in terms of closing capabilities, interest rate locks, evaluation of what we could afford, and limitations of how risky we could be in this crazy Seattle market. We put offers on multiple homes until we eventually won, and each time we submitted an offer a pre-approval letter with her signature was attached with it. Every time the listing agent was pleased to see Nichole as our broker. Nichole always called the listing agent once our offer was submitted to reinforce our strength in securing a loan. I would definitely have Nichole as our broker again in the future and strongly recommend her to anyone needing to secure a loan to buy a home. Thank you, Nichole & Darci!

  We were trying to get approved through one mortgage lender and they denied us. We, nor our agent understood why so he referred us to Nicole at Fairway. She was able to look more forensically at our statements and found the problems. We've been living in the house ever since and couldn't be more happy. I found Nicole to be very professional, punctual, easy to talk to and has a soothing quality in her overall style that makes you feel at ease in a stressful situation that home buying can be. I have nothing but major thumbs up for Nicole and wouldnt hesitate to work with her again and/or recommend her.

  Nicole was so amazing to work with! We were struggling for a couple weeks with another mortgage adviser and we’re not happy with the process. So we switched to Nicole and we’re completely surprised at how quick all the paperwork went through! She was so helpful and quick to respond for everything! If you need anyone to help purchase your home, I wouldn’t recommend any one else!
