  OV got me approved for my dream house.We had to jump through a lot of hoops, Cross our Tee's and dot our I's because my loan was a VA loan. OV was there the entire step! It seems the VA requires a lot of different information but OV handled it! He is very personable, fights for you in every way to get you approved! He is a family man dedicated father. We had many conversations of pride, loyalty, and family values. He got my loan approved even through some difficult VA rules and guidelines, if you need to purchase a new home, refinance, Call OV, I would recommend him in every way.   I would strongly, strongly suggest getting your mortgage elsewhere. They're not worth writing the long review needed to explain everything that went wrong, but do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. For anyone who would like to challenge my experience or would like a lengthier review can contact me directly. I'll gladly show email chains, extremely unprofessional text message exchanges, and, well, just clarify why this was such a truly awful experience. I'm not sure how the broker (I'll be kind and leave out said persons name and gender) has this job. If you go with MCS just pray you have a simple mortgage with simple issues. If anything confusing comes up you'll probably get 3-5 answers before someone googles the actual answer. And I'm pretty sure they don't have working calculators.

  Justine, I am sorry you had a bad experience somewhere while trying to get a mortgage.... Lending is very difficult with laws, guidelines and regulations in place for a very good and specific reason... It is important to work with a good mortgage banking team, like us...I am positive you have not worked with my team. Feel free to call us and discuss.
