  You all were wonderful! Every person I dealt with at Polaris was helpful and courteous! Everyone kept in touch and followed up on every thing I needed during the loan process. They made everything easy and were always available if I had any questions. I felt valued as a customer and will sing your praises to everyone I know! Excellent customer service!!

  Polaris home funding has been great! They are easy to contact and quick in response! I would definitely recommend them for any home funding needs. The only issue I have had was with the outside loan work. The people who came to my house to do the paperwork. The first guy was clueless on the paperwork and the lady for closing was an hour late. I discussed with Polaris and they are doing what is needed to fix it.

  Steve Ellis, the manager of Polaris Home Funding and his exceptional team helped me refinance my mortgage seamlessly and in a timely fashion. In less than three days, Steve had already qualified me for refinancing and requested additional documents so he could expedite the process. Everyone at Polaris Home Funding is professional, skilled, and warm to clients. My questions were answered quickly and was involved in every step of the process. When I needed a document from my brother in Kenya, Jacob Lamb worked the phones with precision to locate him and ensured the document arrived just as he had intended. His dedication in helping was impeccable. Rechelle was kind and offered to help me find a painter. Wow! The secretary was always courteous to me. I am a happy client who will be saving money every month due the hard work Polaris Home Funding demonstrated. It will be my pleasure to recommend Polaris Home Funding to friends and family.   From start to finish A+ all the way. David Baker walked me through each step, kept me in the loop, and made sure all necessary paperwork was in his hands as he needed it. Very impressed with the professionalism of this team! By far the easiest refinance I have done yet! Highly recommend Polaris.

  We chose Polaris for refinancing our house because they offered a low APR and made the overall process easy for us by scheduling evening appointments and coming to our house. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because during the early stages, when I was calling around finding out different rates, their callback process was weird. My first call was to find out their rates and things of that nature but they asked if someone could call me back. So when someone called me back I expected to get my questions answered but the weird thing was that they had someone call me just to schedule another callback. And then they called at the scheduled time to reschedule for a different time. Eventually I got my questions answered and found out that the person I needed to speak to had been sick which was why there were so many callbacks rescheduled. I'm not sure why nobody else was available to answer my questions but they almost lost my business because it appeared unprofessional at the time until someone explained to me that the only person in the office who could answer my questions was sick. Once we got through that ordeal the rest was a breeze. The other reason for the 4 stars was because I also had to speak to 6-7 different people throughout the process. For some people getting phone calls from several different phone numbers can be confusing and scary considering the number of scams out there. I would have preferred to have dealt with one person who coordinated and scheduled everything for you. Instead I spoke to Brad who told me someone would call me back with more information about refinancing. Then Jake called me to schedule my callbacks to speak to Steve who was the person that had the refinancing details prior to the loan application. Then I spoke to the Mark (I think), who brought our application documents out to our house and went over the proposed loan details, then i spoke to the Appraiser Joe??, who scheduled and preformed our home appraisal, then i spoke to Rechell who went over the confirmed loan amount and future payment information and lastly I spoke to the Notary who came out to our house to notarize the official loan documents, closing information and Payoff schedule. So overall it was easier then going into an office but the process could have been more organized

  I am a senior citizen and was very Leary about trying to remortgage my home due to all the scams going on. I received a letter in the mail one day and responded to Polaris Home Funding and spoke with Steve Ellis. I was very concerned and had a lot of questions that needed to be answered. Mr Ellis and his staff were very professional and understanding. They were very quick to respond to any concerns I had during my refinancing of my home. They came out to my house, e mailed me or I could telephone them at anytime. I have never dealt with a mortgage company that treated their client with such kindness and respect. At my age this was a big move for me to make and Thank you Mr Ellis and staff for all your patience and hard work that enabled me after six years of trying to remortgage. I was never put under any pressure. And everything was laid out in terms I could understand. I will be contacting Aarp for Seniors so hopefully in their monthly bulletin they can let other seniors know there is a scam free, trustworthy, and professional place to fund their home.   Patient and courteous. There were no dumb questions that could be asked about the loan. I was inexperienced so there were a few. I had been recommended to call Steve Ellis afternoon having an unpleasant experience with another mortgage lending company. Another person I had spoken to was Jeff Vaden and he was a kind and extremely patient with me. Very helpful in the process. Thanks to them we have our dream home.
