  We've been looking for a house to purchase but the market has been crazy right now and things are selling really fast. Have not worked with Advantage Mortgage before but they did an amazing job helping us every step of the way and pushing through on a quick timeline. Definitely would use them again in the future!

  Mark, Spencer and Mike were an absolute joy to work with. They were proactive throughout the entire process, extremely thoughtful and all around kindhearted. I had a 24 day close and my broker remarked several times on their level of service and how quickly they were able to process my loan. Mark was extremely patient, taking lots of time to walk me through various loan products. As a first time home buyer I had a lot to learn, but Mark was never salesy or quick with me. He is a genuinely great person and you can tell he derives a lot of joy out of helping people. Mark, please pass along my thanks to your entire team.   I was referred to Team Aalto by my friend to get pre-approval for buying a house. The process went incredibly smoothly! One thing I like is they respond quickly and do everything electronically. It was so convenient! At the same time, I also applied for pre-approval at my credit union that I have used before to buy a house. But, the credit union's customer service has become so terrible! It took weeks for the credit union to respond to my loan application. Team Aalto responded the next day! So, I gave up on the Credit Union and went with Team Aalto. Team Aalto is very good to work with. They are not going to try to "sell" you something you don't want. I never felt under pressure from them at any time during the process. Also, they usually follow up the emails with a phone call to make sure everything is clear. Their process is easy to follow. You will get an email when you need to do something such as sign paperwork or upload documents. It's easy to upload the documents on their website. Also, the software will tell you when you have completed all the necessary tasks. I eventually closed on a house and got my loan with Team Aalto. Everything went very smoothly. There was one item in the paperwork that I needed changed and they did it quickly and called me to confirm that the changes were made to my satisfaction. So, I highly recommend them for these reasons.

  Mark Aalto and his team did an incredible job representing my buyers with the purchase of their new home. He was an exceptional business partner who kept me (and the buyers) posted throughout the entire transaction. His communication is spot on! There were some circumstances that came up, out of all of our control, that made the lending process a bit more challenging. We feel so fortunate that Mark was the lender we were working with to handle any issues that came up. He was resourceful, efficient and very responsive. I truly believe if Mark wasn't the lender representing this transaction there is a very good chance my buyers would not have been able to close this purchase. I can't say enough good things about Mark and his team. I highly recommend them.

  We used Mark Alto’s Co. to process our loan for the 2nd time around. The first time was during the purchase of my daughter’s home and the 2nd was for my own. We were happy with the help we got.   Mark and I first started our working relationship at the onset of COVID19, we met for coffee one day and his personality, knowledge, and genuine kindness were magnetizing!   Mark and Team were exceptional! He took the time to help the buyer work through some credit items that increased her score over 100 points! That advice and help ended up getting the client what she wanted loan program wise and also saved her a ton of money! Mark is definitely my go to and will continue to be.
