  I have been with Trailhead now since July of last year. Elliott in member services opened my account for me and is a great asset to the credit union. He not only opened my accounts but took the time to explain what the credit union membership offers and let me know that if I needed any help at all to just reach out to him. He has gotten back to me promptly time and again and genuinely cares about the members!! Way to go Elliott!!

  I've been with Trailhead for quite some time now, and they've always been great. Elliot in particular has been so incredibly helpful. Answered all of my questions thoughtfully, explained things to me, even personally oversaw and expedited things for me. Not to mention just an all around extraordinarily pleasant and awesome person.

  I don't have an account here. I went in to use their "shared branch" services that allows me to conduct various transactions with my credit union. Definitely a really nice feature that many credit unions (including this one) offers. What I appreciate is that they treated me like I was one of their members. This is a great credit union, and definitely one I would recommend if you haven't found your credit union just yet.

  Trailhead has been the very best place to handle my financial needs on the West Coast. They have supported me in all my endeavors for twenty-five years. My personal and business accounts, my car loan and my credit card all are from here. Any time I have a problem, they are quick to address it and solve it. I am ever thankful for having that bakery job downtown back in the 90s that got me to sign up with them.

  I cannot recommend Trailhead Credit Union highly enough. The service has been top notch since I first opened my account years ago. Elliott has been particularly helpful to me with information I needed about my accounts. He is efficient and responsive and pleasant to deal with.   Full service credit union serving members online and in person. I recently had an issue with one of my accounts. I contacted Trailhead and the first person I talked to was able to research the issue and work with me to resolve the issue. He even worked with his VP to waive a fee for me. Great customer service.

  I have had a lot of problems with trailhead but I wanted to make this review specifically because of Elliot, a worker at this location. They have always been extremely kind and helpful and their service convinced me to not cancel my account after 4+ years and I have not regretted that since.
