  Buying a home is never easy, especially when you need financing. Evan and his team did an excellent job keeping me informed and helping me to stay organized and on track with the various tasks I had to complete along the way. Evan is extremely knowledgeable about the constantly evolving loan products on the market and worked really hard to find the exact right loan that would work for me. I hit a few road blocks along the way, but the Priority team was able to quickly pivot with me. Evan was also very up front about what each fee was for and why it was there so that when it came time to sign paperwork, I knew what the final amount would be, no surprises. I would definitely recommend Evan and his team.

  Evan and worked efficiently to lock in a great rate for our refinance and was compassionate and patient when Covid-19 stood in the way of us getting our appraisal on time. It was an absolute pleasure working with him (and the rest of the team) and we always got a high level of communications, with our many questions answered quickly. It was a night and day change from the person we worked with when we bought our first house. Great experience overall and highly recommend.

  Evan and his team are awesome! They were always available, always answered my questions and kept me informed during the entire loan process. Our 10 day close went smoothly and there were no unpleasant surprises. I appreciated that they were even available on the weekends, as the competitive market made it necessary to get quick answers in order to make quick decisions. I am very happy with the whole experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a lender.

  This was my first home buying experience and the market was extremely competitive. Evan’s availability, creativity, and flexibility allowed me to guarantee a ten day close to the seller, which gave me the leverage I needed to purchase an amazing home. Evan also provided creative financial solutions when things got tricky in the negotiations process at the end. I am so thankful to have had Evan supporting me through the process. 5 stars!   Evan helped us every step of the way. Preparing for a pre approval, getting our loan funded even though we have non traditional income sources -being self employed professional artists- .He also was available to field many worried emails compassionately and promptly. Anxious first time home buyers over here, so there were ALOT. He also communicated with our realtor and mortgage underwriters during the whole process and kept us in the loop during a super fast close which was done on time. Highly recommended!

  Was connected to Evan by builder's preferred lender list. Evan is very quick in responding and clear with communicating what it takes to make the process flow smoother.
