  Clyde was amazing. Every morning he had new construction lists and would send us all the info. We would drive around to check all the model homes. The one house we absolutely loved the sales agents basically said good luck these are practically sold out and there's a waiting list. I don't know how Clyde did it but he got us the last house in that community. It was perfect and he was an amazing agent!

  Clyde recently took us to the finish line in negotiating a great deal for our new 1 Acre Farm House in Wildomar, CA. He was extremely patient and persistent in making sure we found the best home for my Family. Most Realtors want the cookie cutter deals but Clyde is willing to go for the ride. It felt as if He cares so much, it felt as if I was being helped by an uncle. One of the seller agents we met to view a home even mentioned that he looked Clyde up and congratulated him for his accomplishments and experience in the industry. During another home viewing, the seller remembered that Clyde helped him buy that home over 10 yrs ago and still thanked him for all he did. There is no doubt why Clyde is respected by many in the Industry. Clyde and his Daughter Natalie make a great team. While Clyde is out working your deals and smoothing things out on the front lines, Natalie is making sure all your paperwork is in order and deadlines met.   Hagen realty was the best experience I had ever had. I had recently went throug a tough divorce and Clyde sold my house within 4 days at asking price!! That was amazing and not only that we found me a home we loved and priced at what I can afford. Natalie and Clyde work hard to get me approved due to my recent life changing event. I love the fact that they listen to your needs and wasn't on the house and amazingly still delivered. At Hagen realty you just don't get treated like family you become family!! I would definitely recommend them For all your realty needs. Love them and will never change them At all very trustworthy!!!!!!

  Clyde Hagen and his team are my number 1 go to agents for buyers in Southern California. Clyde is based out of the Temecula Murrieta area and serves all of the Inland Empire and Surrounds. Clyde has been working the high desert, Pomona / Montclair, Chino, Fontana, San Bernardino, Highland, Corona, Riverside, Jurupa Valley, Beaumont, Big Bear, Palm Springs and all areas in Between. He has incredible repouir with listing agents like I have never seen before. This leads to his offers getting accepted ALWAYSSSS. His clients have immediate success on the house the desire, not the house they have to settle for. Multiple offer situations are his specialty.   My entire home buying process was phenomenal, thanks to Hagens Realty! The whole process went so smooth. From the moment I met these people they immediately made me feel like family. They will literally spend the whole day, just driving around, showing you properties, giving you an idea of what you're looking for in a house. Finding a home can be a painful process, but thanks to Hagens Realty, it took less than a month for me to find a home that was perfect, and met my expectations. I have absolutely NO buyers remorse.   Your Review I cannot say enough at how truly grateful and blessed I have been to connect with Mr. Clyde Hagen and staff for my Real Estate needs. When I came to Mr. Hagen, I had a fico score in the 500's and a job that paid 16.00/yr. I never thought I could own a home again. I believe most Realtors would have labeled me a challenge and would have walked away. Not only did Mr. Hagen not walk away, I felt that he and his team, took my situation to heart and committed to guide me through an amazing process. Mr. Hagen is not only my Realtor, but also my Advisor, Credit Counselor, Lender Liaison and more.   Being a first time buyer was very scary because you don't know what steps need to be taken and some of the documents can be very confusing. However, Clyde and Natalie made our experience so easy by walking us through every step and answered every question we had no matter what time of the day it was. They really care and pay attention to detail on what you are looking for in a house, and they go above and beyond to find the house for you. I love my house, and I don't regret a single moment.
