  Can't say enough great things about Seth and Tiffany at Full Circle Home Loans. Best mortgage broker team in the area no question. They have such a great team, always available, very fast and efficient. Not only did they handle our loan but they had great advice about an investment property that they helped us purchase.   I can't say enough good things about the team at Full Circle Home Loans. We were first time buyers, in the middle of a global pandemic, with no idea of where to start the pre-approval process. We started by reading business reviews and reached out to Full Circle. Seth got back to me almost instantaneously and that level of responsiveness continued until the day we closed. Every great thing we had read about them was true: they gave us a great recommendation for a realtor, locked us in at an unbelievably low rate, and impressed us every day by how organized and proficient their entire team was. Honestly, I'm not sure when these folks sleep as they were so responsive, all the time. We toured our future home on a Saturday, had our offer accepted on Monday, and had keys in our hands 18 days later!!   Full Circle Home Loans is absolutely amazing! I have used them for five years now. They were the company I used when I got my first Loan when I bought my first house. Full circle loan Loan was on top of it about two years later when they suggested I refinance my house to remove the mortgage insurance. That refinance lowered my payment by a lot. Now, I'm using them for a third refinancing for a MUCH better interest rate which is lowering my mortgage even more. Bill Green is wIth Full Circle Home Loans and he has kept in touch over the years and helping me through saving money through refinancing. He, and the rest of the Full Circle Home Loan team, is always there to answer any questions that I have. They take the time that is needed to explain everything and ensure that I have complete understanding of the whole process. Their response time when any time I have had questions has always been extremely quick. For this most current refinancing of my house we were able to close the deal in a short two weeks. They are professional, speedy, trustworthy, and friendly.   I’ve had such a great experience with Full Circle loan. Made me feel valued. Very professional, explained everything to help me understand and made my home buying experience so easy. Provided answers to my questions and responded quickly. Seth took the time when I first met him and his team to guide me and explained the entire process.   Last year, we did our third (THIRD) refinance with Seth and his Full Circle Home Loan team. This last time, we weren't even thinking about refinancing, however, Seth proactively reached out to us personally and strongly recommended that interest rates had dropped low enough and we should consider refinancing. Long story short, we refinanced, and not only saved hundreds per month on our monthly mortgage, but ended up being able to save thousands towards a vacation due to the grace periods we realized when we refinanced the home loan. All three times we refinanced with FCH, Seth and his team were terrific, professional, responsive, and were able to refinance quickly without much stress. Wholeheartedly recommend the FCH Loan team to any first time home buyer (oh yeah - we were first time home buyers with Seth and his FCH team as well!) or current homeowner considering refinancing.

  We took a calculated risk, we invested some of our retirement money in Real estate...with the intent to develop passive income and take advantage of tax breaks for rental property. Our initial plan was to have one Vacation rental. That home kept us busy with upgrades during the Covid lockdown. As soon as we were able to rent it out on Airbnb we felt the success of positive reviews and the income was beyond our expectations. We were hooked, and we started looking for a second vacation rental. That second home was a faster project because we knew what the process was. Again, the home started renting out on Airbnb... We feel like this is our calling for now and into retirement. We are forever grateful to Laura Diaz, our Real Estate agent, who introduced us to Seth and Tiffany of Full Circle Home Loans... these professionals empowered us with confidence and knowledge so that we could succeed and have fun in the Vacation Rental business. We are currently contemplating a 3rd vacation rental home.
